Gareth has a wealth of knowledge and experience from working in the fitness industry for over twenty years and 15,000 coaching hours, both in-person & online.
Gareth has worked globally in the industry as a pioneer in multiple roles, including, fitness management, personal training and group fitness.
In 2021 Gareth co-founded The Nock Academy, an online fitness and education company. He runs the day to day operations of the business alongside coaching.
When he is not coaching and training, Gareth hosts the 'Nock, Nock...Who's There? & Start Talking podcasts.
Gareth lives in Stouffville, Ontario with his wife and daughter.
